Personalizations
In order to meet customers’ requirements, ZARZ offers
a wide range of personalizations of the Screw Presses
that we manufacture. Starting from the 7 base models,
we realize, on specific request, Hybrid Presses with particular
characteristics of Power, Quickness, Sturdiness and Ductility,
to better fit to the type of moulding required (cold or
hot moulding, different materials etc.).
ZARZ also manufactures special applications for complement
of the production unit; those applications fits particular
for examples in Long Screws and Bolts moulding.
Particularly we build:
- Hydraulic ejectors with digital regulation
of starting quote
- Plate Upsetter (to increase the length of
the mouldable pieces)
- Air circuits for applications such piece-blower
or slag cleaner
- Integrated systems for feeding and discharging
Reconditioning
We realize from total to partial reconditioning of used
Screw Presses, with old components substitution and the
application of the modern electronic control system. |
