Production range of Screw Presses is based on seven base
models, identified by the Main Screw Diameter. All our
new Screw Presses are fully electronically controlled
through a console with a PC inside, this allows to regulate,
control and insert in each working cycle, all the options
and parameters related to the moulding operation.
The console can be interfaced and control all the external
equipments, whether supplied by Zarz (see Personalization),
or customer equipments, inserting the operations in the
working cycle.
MAIN CONSTRUCTION FEATURES:
FRAME
Monobloc in Fe.G. 450 with two side uprights, hot preloaded
by means of two columns of hardened and tempered alloy
steel, accompanied with chimical testing, mechanical testing
and ultrasound class 2 control certificates. |
MAIN CUT - G.Cu.Al.
11-4-4 - UNI 5275
Centrifugated bronze, located in a rectangular seat.
The centrifugated smelting eliminates entirely the impurities
and guarantees a satisfactory duration. |
MAIN SCREW
Screw made of nickel-chrome-molybdemun hardened and tempered,
forged steel, accompanied with chimical testing, mechanical
testing and ultrasound class 2 control certificates, machined
by means of N.C. machine tools of high precision in order
to reach a perfect division of the four principles and
a top accuracy of the surface. |
RAM
Of Fe.G. 450 UNI 3158, shape designed to guarantee the
maximum stamping precision. Including a diagonally clearance
adjustment in order to keep the main screw in axis with
the frame. |
ROTATION SUPPORTS
AND TRANSFER OF THE DISC
Body of mechanical cast iron, swinging barrel bearings
and axial movement guaranteed by means of slides of ertalon. |
DISCS
Of cast iron. Their dimensional stability is guaranteed
by appropriate thermic treatments; furthermore they are
machined on each face in order to reach a more than sufficient
balancing.
To make easier the stress of the motor we have increased
the mass inertia torque; opening and fastening operation
by means of wedges "Ring-Feder". |
BRAKES
Special block brakes; they act directly on the flywheel
for the complete stroke. The relevant function takes place
by release action means of the release (opening) in a
pneumatic way and for the brake (closing) by means of
a mixed system: pneumatic brake action and safety springs. |
LUBRICATION
By means of central, automatic system, governed by means
of an electronic pump and it is possible to estabish programmed
and timed functions. The system reaches: the main screw,
the upper bush and the guides. |
CONTROL EQUIPMENTS
The press is automated and controlled by a micro-controller
interfaced to a personal computer.
That micro-controller processes the signals coming from
the sensors and push buttons managed by the operator,
so producing controls to the solenoid valves.
The PC colour monitor displays all the relevant parameters
of the press (ram stroke, number of strokes, stroke power,
ejector with time programmable stroke, piece-counter of
total and partial number of pieces, voltage and current
absorbed by the drive motor).
The personal computer can store all the various work cycles
and save them on its hard-disk, in order to call and send
them to the micro-controller.
The inspection equipment is provided with an interface
with automatic loading and unloading devices of pieces
(manipulators and robot).
The variables managed by the Personal Computer are:
- sequence of number of strokes making up one cycle (up
to 5 different
strokes);
- upstroke after every stroke;
- stroke power;
- adjustment of backstrokes;
- control of leather-ring wear;
- alarm of lubrification system;
- piece ejector;
- piece-ejecting solenoid valve. |
